Contactless Drop Off Deliveries

To support social distancing Mr D Food has launched contactless drop off deliveries.

Our drivers have been instructed not to make physical contact with any customers and to maintain a safe distance. Hotbags will be placed on a surface indicated by the customer, the driver will then back away and allow the customer to pick out their order themselves.

If you would prefer to have your delivery dropped off at your door or building reception, please use the “delivery instructions” feature in checkout to leave details of where you would like your order to be placed.

These instructions will be sent directly to the driver. Drivers may reach out to you through a call or an in-app message to confirm any instructions.

Please remember to monitor delivery tracking updates to receive your food immediately after the driver has arrived, or has delivered your order to the requested place.
