How refunds are processed

Both your initial payment and the refund will be processed by your bank at the same time. This may happen later tonight or tomorrow morning, when your bank processes their payments.

If you have any questions, contact your bank and use the email you receive from Mr D Food as reference for your query.

Don’t stress if you don’t see the refund immediately. While in most cases the refund should reflect within 24 hours, it may take up to 5 working days, in accordance with SA banking procedures. As we are not in control of this process we are unable to speed it up, so if you have any further questions please contact your financial services provider - they should be able to clarify further.
